Initally trying to find reverse! did not relise that you had
to lift the handle part - should have been told about that. Negotiating the
vehicle down what seemed narrow lanes/roads, getting used to the size.
Having a blind spot behind the vehicle and having to get someone to guide
me backwards at times.

There are some niggles in terms of the velcro fastening of the rear seats that
need to be addressed - otherwise passengers can easily be hurt should the
vehicle have to break suddenly. Although not essential, some kind of 230 v AC from an invertor (via the leisure battery) would be useful to have when we hire in the future. Also the TV wasn't particularly sensitive or would benefit from more direct wiring as we could only receive grainy analogue TV and only a few digital channels. That said - watching TV was not the main purpose of our trip. |

requirements, but some advance warning or reminder 30 days prior to hire on what

TV didnt really work and no DVD
player. water supply was very intermittent, and we gave up in the end. |

Dates of pick up and drop-off, some other sites were Fri to Fri only. Need to find the van that suits your family, and hopefully close to your residence.This may be an advantage or a disadvantage with your service depending on availability. |

The flexibilty to travel at leasure where wanting to was great. We had a new van very comfortable so fortunatly was in good working order. The people we rented off were excellent....Our travelling companions had a slightly older van wich had some minor issues, one of which delayed us moving as planned at one stop. It would be dissapointing if they lost bond for general wear and tear items which are common place for older fatiged plastic/handles etc for instance. For this reson I would not use an older van thru this service as the vans are personally owned and the response is dependent on that particular personality. |

A steep learning curve for a novice like myself but the handover was superb. Getting to grips with the process of booking sites and some of the terminology used but all these were easily overcome. |

I had difficulty locating a fax
machine required during the booking process. Not many exist in this day and age.
I eventually managed to hunt one down but would suggest this requirement be
reviewed/replaced with something online/postal. |
