| Comments: | Overall, I am satified with the whole process of renting from Motorholme. Andrew is a great guy and delivered as promised. I am satisfied with the vehicle as far as size, power, fuel consumption and reliability. The vehicle lacks the air-conditioned, which is a must if you plan to be in Italy in July. Also, the refrigerator was not cold enough. Other than that, everything else was good. | ||||

| Comments: | The advantage for us as NZ'ers was the simplicity of the hire process - no unecessary complications. The van owners were great, very friendly (dont know if I would be seeing my van disappearing down the road with a stranger at the helm). We've hired vans & cars before in several countries and this was the easiest yet. The van was clean, tidy, well maintained & no problems. 'Value for money' is relative when you pay $3NZ for every £1GB - it was actually rather expensive for us, but the experience was nonetheless well worth it. We'd have no hesitation in hiring from Motorholme again, but only once we've saved some more !!!! Thanx 4 the motorhome experience. | ||||

| Comments: | The motorhome was really good, but although I understand it is not a legal requirement, I did still feel a bit uneasy about the kids not having seatbelts in the rear. I would look for a model with rear seat belt fittings in the future. Otherwise a great experience. John Downes was very helpful and friendly. | ||||
